Board Bios

Colin Judd

Colin currently serves as the President and on the Investment Committee. He lives in Connersville along with most of his immediate family.  Colin is the Deputy Prosecutor of Fayette County. He was raised in Fayette County and returned to Connersville after graduating from law school to begin his legal practice. When asked why he likes being on the board, he said, “Being on the board allows me to give back to the community that I grew up in, and it also allows me to be involved in making positive change in Connersville and Fayette County. Being on the board allows me to help this community continue to progress and grow.

Dr. Jay Bernzott

Jay attends meetings and functions to add insight to the questions of the day. He is married to Cindy and has two adult children, Sara and Andrew. He has been a Chiropractic Physician in Connersville for 33 years. When asked why he likes being on the board, he said, “I believe that the Fayette Community Foundation can and is playing an integral role in the advancement of Fayette County as a whole.”

Carol Hunter

Carol currently serves as the Secretary. Carol is married to Ted and has four adult children. She is the Vice President of FCN Bank. She enjoys walking on the beach and her friends. When asked why she likes being on the board, she said, “I like being on the board as it gives me a greater knowledge of the generous people that we have in this community.”

Honorable Paul Freed

Devin Hornsby

Devin joined the board in 2019. He and his wife, Lindsay, were born and raised in Fayette County. They have two daughters, Macie and Rylie, who keep them busy through their school and extra-curricular activities. Devin taught Social Studies at Connersville High School for four years prior to becoming a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones Investments. When asked why he likes serving on the board, Devin said “Being a board member allows me to help make an impact and advance the lives of those in Fayette County. I enjoy being an advocate while working with like-minded people that put the betterment of our community high on their list of priorities.”

Greg O'Brien

Greg joined the board in December 2020. He and his wife, Ruth, were born and raised in Fayette County. They have two adult children. Greg owns and operates Diana Weiler Income Tax and is also a licensed realtor with American Heritage. He also serves as a deputy coroner for Fayette County and is a member of the East Central Indiana Critical Incident Stress Management team. Greg feels it is an honor to be a board member of the Fayette Community Foundation and hopes to help promote the Foundation and the betterment of Connersville and Fayette County. In his spare time, Greg enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors.

Abby Stanek

Abby joined the Foundation Board in 2021. She graduated from Hanover College in 2020 and is soon to be married to Jared Stanek. She is currently working at her family’s dealership selling cars, contracts, and learning future management skills. She plans to continue the tradition and be the 4th generation Chrysler dealer! Abby believes that serving the community is a fundamental part of creating growth. She is excited to be the newest member of the Fayette County Foundation team!

Clayton Judd

Clayton joined the Foundation Board in 2023. He is a lifetime Fayette County resident; he graduated from CHS in 2007. Currently he is SVP, Human Resources Director at First Bank Richmond. He is married to Emily (a Reid labor and delivery RN) and they have four sons together: Asher (8), Anson (5), Alden (3), and Arlo (11 months).

Billie Kester

Billie Kester, MBA, BSN, RN is a life-long Fayette County resident and the Vice President of Continuum of Care at Reid Health in Richmond, Indiana. Billie has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years. In her current role, Billie oversees ACO Operations, Acute Rehab Unit, Athletic Training, Case Management, Continuum of Care (care management programs), Employee Health, Hospice, HME, Geriatrics, Massage Therapy, Medical Fitness, Observation Unit, Occupational Medicine, PACE, Palliative Care, Pediatrics, Primary Care, Rehabilitation Services, Reid Healthworks Fitness Center, Telehealth, Transitional Care, and Wellness. While not at work, Billie enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors. She joined the Foundation Board in 2023.

Matthew Watkins

Matt and his wife Rylie are lifelong residents of Fayette County. He has worked for Ohio Valley Gas for nearly 4 years in various locations and capacities. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their family and friends and cheering on the Hoosiers. He looks forward to the opportunity to make Fayette County a better place and to serve the great people who call it home! He joined the Foundation Board in 2023.

Andrew Bernzott

Andrew Bernzott and his wife Lindsey are lifelong residents of Fayette County. Andrew graduated from Connersville Senior High School in 2014 and from Purdue University in 2017. Andrew and Lindsey returned to Connersville in 2020 when they started Bernzott Family Farms, LLC. In 2023, they purchased the local golf course, now Arbor Crossing Golf Club, with their business partners Tara and Jordan Roberts. Andrew joined the Foundation Board in 2024.

Steve Dice

Steve Dice is a 1998 graduate of Connersville High School and holds a degree in Journalism from Butler University. The son of longtime Fayette Community Foundation patrons Melvin and Sue Dice, Steve saw joining the Foundation’s Board in 2024 as a great opportunity to honor his late parent’s legacy, and continue to serve his community.
