The Fayette Community Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the NOVA Circular Solutions Community Impact Fund, made possible through a generous $25,000 gift from NOVA Circular Solutions.
The donation was presented to the Foundation during NOVA’s ribbon cutting ceremony in May 2025, marking both a celebration of new beginnings and a deep commitment to the local community. This contribution has established a permanent endowment fund in NOVA Circular Solutions’s name, ensuring their investment will continue making a difference for generations to come.
Through the Lilly Endowment Inc. GIFT VIII Matching Fund Grant, NOVA’s $25,000 gift will receive a $2-for-$1 match, turning their initial contribution into a $75,000 investment in Fayette County’s future. This endowed fund will grow over time and generate annual grant distributions to support local nonprofit organizations and community projects.
“We’re thrilled to partner with NOVA Circular Solutions to create a lasting legacy that will strengthen our community for years to come,” said Abigail Roszell, Executive Director of the Fayette Community Foundation. “Their investment demonstrates a true commitment to Fayette County’s well-being and aligns perfectly with the Foundation’s mission to connect people who care with causes that matter.”
The first grants from the NOVA Circular Solutions Community Impact Fund are expected to be awarded in 2027, in accordance with the Foundation’s spending policy. These grants will support projects and initiatives that address local needs and create meaningful impact throughout Fayette County.
“Investing in our communities is an important part of our socially responsible approach to operations. We recognize that business success requires building strong relationships, especially with our communities,” said Alan Schrob, Director of Mechanical Recycling, NOVA Circular Solutions.
